The unit allows easy access to the courtyard area and you don't have the hassle of waiting for an elevator to get to your room. The spacious kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is well equipped with everything your need to enjoy a homemade meal when you don't feel like eating out. The dining room has a large table that seats 6 and 3 barstools at the bar. The living room has large comfortable furniture and access to the private patio that looks out onto our large courtyard. There is a large flat screen TV with a DVD player in the living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds and a flat screen TV. Both bathrooms are full size with a tub/shower combination. This unit is just a short walk to the beach and is centrally located to all the amenities El Matador has to offer.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.
